From Shy to Shine in 90 Days

My parents took me to Baljeet Ma’am for career counseling. After the session, she suggested I join the “Shy to Shine” course. I was hesitant at first, but my parents encouraged me.

It’s been two years now, and I can confidently say it changed my life. I went from being a shy, quiet girl to someone who can speak on stage without fear. I’ve participated in debates, given presentations, and even hosted events at my college.

The transformation wasn’t just external — it was internal. I learned to believe in myself. Today, I’m pursuing my dreams with confidence, and I owe it all to Baljeet Ma’am and the Shy to Shine program.

The 12-week program completely transformed me. Through practical activities and real-life exposure, I learned to overcome my fears. The psychology-based approach helped me understand the root of my hesitation.

Now, I confidently lead presentations at work and have even started conducting workshops. The change is permanent, and I feel like a completely different person.
